- Overload the Service, send automated or excessive requests, scrape it, or bypass rate limits, quotas, trial limits or plan allowances (including creating multiple accounts to do so).
- Upload malware or code intended to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access.
- Upload or store content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, or that you have no right to use.
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing or unwanted messages, or to harass, threaten or defraud anyone.
- Use the AI assistant to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive content, or attempt to extract system instructions, other users' data, or to bypass its safeguards.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product, except as law permits.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
We may investigate violations and, at our discretion, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities.
